Hello! My name is Anne Marie Orlando and welcome to my blog: A Working Mom’s Guide. I am so excited that you have decided to join me on my journey through work-life, home-life and finding balance between the two.
Who am I?
I am fifty-something mother of two and forever in love with Dana, who has been my rock for many, many years. We have a bunny named Cash -as in Johnny Cash. A dog named Rio and have a smallish backyard flock of hens led by Kyle (my roo).
I am an RN with an MBA who loves to make a difference in patients’ lives through management of people, supplies, and processes. I love to cook, eat, scrapbook, garden, can, shop and travel. I am especially smitten for office supplies, my planner (s), and “techy” things.
I raised my son and daughter during two completely different decades in time and in two completely different seasons of my life. I have always thought about having an outlet to share my stories, ideas, and experiences.Â
